Redelivery Process
If you are not at home when your order arrives you will be left notification by the postal service. This will give you instructions of what to do next or where to collect your parcel. If your order is sent by courier service, the courier company will post an 'Attempted Delivery' card through your door. If repeated delivery attempts fail to complete the delivery then the order will be returned to the Courier's local Depot awaiting your collection. The parcel will then be returned to us after 5 days.

Your Information
This refers to information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including any information about other persons on your booking ("your information"). You are responsible for ensuring that other members of your party are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf in all your dealings with us.
We will update your information whenever we can to keep it current, accurate and complete.
Our Use of Your Information
For the purpose of providing you with our services, including your flight, holiday or insurance, etc., we may disclose and process your information outside the UK/EEA. In order for you to travel abroad, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your information for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. These requirements may differ depending on your destination and you are advised to check. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.
We may collect and process your information for the purposes set out in our registration with the Office of the Information Commissioner, and disclose the same to our group companies for business purposes and also to companies who act as “data processors” on our behalf, or to our service providers operating systems or business functions on our behalf (some of whom are located outside the UK/EEA). By entering, accessing or using our web site in any way, you agree to comply with all of our terms and conditions. In addition, when you purchase any Widget World products from us, you will do so subject to the terms and conditions on this page.
Age and Authorisation
You must be 18 years old to purchase goods on this website using your own credit or debit card. If you are using a sub-card, you must have the authorisation of the main card holder. If you are under 18 years old, do not have a credit/debit card or do not have authorisation to use a sub-card, an adult must purchase the goods on your behalf.
Our Acceptance of Your Order
The contract in respect of the goods you have ordered comes into existence only when we accept your order. For the avoidance of doubt, the receipt of your order via our web site does not constitute acceptance. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. We also reserve the right not to supply any particular person.
At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Prices
The prices payable for the goods that you order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Prices are correct at the time of your order and relate to internet purchases only.
The price of goods do not include delivery charges, which will be charged separately at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and will be clearly set out when you place your order.
Risk and Property
We will retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.
Delivery and Deemed Acceptance
If different to your credit/debit card address, delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. Delivery will be made by recorded delivery and will be arranged by a third party company. Please note that we can only deliver goods within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Any date or period for delivery is indicative only and all goods are subject to availability. We will do what is reasonably possible to secure delivery within 5 working days of the date of your order but we cannot accept liability for any loss occasioned by delay in delivery caused by our suppliers or arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Should you wish to cancel your contract, please refer to the conditions and time limitation periods below. You are therefore advised to inspect the goods within those timescales. If no action is taken within these timescales, we will consider the goods being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, i.e. deemed to be accepted, and we may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date.
Cancellation or Exchange
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the goods. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software/CD/DVD or item personalised or made to your specification. The conditions for cancellation are as follows:
All goods are returned at your own expense unless the goods are deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the price paid plus the cost on receipt of the goods. You will have to pay for delivery charges again if you exchange goods that are not deemed faulty or incorrect.
If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we can seek to recover the goods we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site at the time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How To Return Goods
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return any goods, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with one or more of the good supplied, simply return them in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Provided the conditions specified in the "conditions for cancellation" above are satisfied, you will receive a refund within thirty days of your notice to cancel. The dispatch note must also be returned together with the goods.

We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us safely. Your local Post Office will be able to advise. Once returned items reach our warehouse, the refund, replacement or exchange will be actioned and you will be sent an email to confirm this.
Payment, Refunds and Our Liability
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. We do not currently accept American Express or Diners' Club cards. You will not be charged for any goods until they are dispatched.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment is taken at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.
Refunds will be made using the same card with which you used to pay.
Law
This web site has been designed for use within the United Kingdom. By accessing this web site you are agreeing that the Courts of England will deal with any disputes which may arise between you and us, and that English law shall be the applicable law.

If you are not completely satisfied with our goods or services you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 working days after receipt of your product and receive a full order refund. Under these circumstances you must return the product to us in good condition (not applicable to DVD's CD-ROMs or Videos if returned unsealed).
